Pyjama Day

This event sees children in day care and preschool facilities all over Ireland wearing their pyjamas on a specific day to help raise much needed funds for a chosen charity. From 2011 till 2013 National Pyjama Day was taking place in aid of the Irish Hospice Foundation’s Children’s Hospice Homecare Programme. The Irish Hospice Foundation (IHF) Home Care for Children Programme,is a service, funding Ireland’s first and only Consultant Paediatrician with a specialist interest in palliative care and a network of Children’s Outreach Nurses throughout Ireland.

Trip to Glenroe Farm

Glenroe Farm is one of Wicklow’s top tourist attractions. The farm is both educational and fun and there you can get up close to a wide variety of farm animals and pets, enjoy the great outdoors, relax in the peace and tranquillity of a Nature walk, have fun in the large outdoor playground overlooking the farm, and bring your own picnic.
