ECCE

The Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) programme is designed to give all children access to Preschool. The ECCE was announced by the Government in April 2009 and was introduced in January 2010. Parents are able to avail of this scheme for their children on a 38 week basis from September to June inclusive.

Children who avail of preschool are more likely to be ready for school and a formal learning and social environment. Footprints Montessori Preschool is participating in the ECCE Government’s scheme. As places are limited to 15 children per session, to avoid disappointment and to avail of the scheme through Footprints Montessori Preschool, please give us a call to discuss this further.+353 (1) 287 0945
